Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Perovio’s educational services, including online courses, workshops, and training sessions.


1. Courses (Recorded or Self-Paced)

All purchases of recorded or self-paced courses are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
 

2. Live Courses and Workshops

  • If you request a refund at least 48 hours before the course or workshop start time, you may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Refund requests made less than 48 hours before the start time are non-refundable.

  • Once a live course or workshop has started, it is non-refundable.

At our discretion, we may offer a credit or transfer to a future session instead of a refund.
 

3. Coaching Sessions

  • Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable.
     

4. No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Any exceptions to this policy are made at our sole discretion.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
 

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
